Delete my StreamBK account
1. From the app (fastest)
Open StreamBK, tap the gear icon at the top right of the home screen, choose "Profile and settings", then "Delete my account" and confirm. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
2. By email
If you can no longer access the app, write to support@streambk.app from the email address of your account with the subject "Account deletion". We process requests within 30 days at most.
3. What is deleted
Your email address, your encrypted password and the access linked to your account. Deleting the account ends that access.
4. What remains on your side or with third parties
Your playlists are stored only on your device: they disappear when you uninstall the app or clear its data. Payment information is handled by Stripe, which may retain it for its own legal obligations.
