USER RESPONSIBILITY The user is solely responsible for the content they watch through their personal playlists. The application does not provide, distribute or host any audiovisual content. The user agrees to use the application in compliance with applicable laws. 3. SERVICE ACCESS Full access requires a Pro subscription. Payment is one-time and grants permanent multi-device access. No refunds will be issued once access is activated. 4. AVAILABILITY We strive to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance may occur. 5. MODIFICATIONS We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial changes. 6. APPLICABLE LAW These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to competent courts.
